2) On AMEXTravel, we used the multi-city search entered it as 4 segments like this:

• Segment 1: JFK – HND (must be explicit with using HND vs Tokyo or NRT) – we showing stopover in Japan first
• Segment 2: NRT – CGK (Must be explicit on using NRT)
• Segment 3: CGK – NRT
• Segment 4: NRT – JFK
